What you'll learn
For adults who stretch regularly but have stalled in the splits, pancake or pike.
In the first 10 minutes: the 4 mechanisms
What actually has to happen inside a muscle to make it more flexible, and why most programs only hit one.
Next
The proof, in plain English
100+ studies, including reviews of 26, 46 and 19 studies, explained without the jargon.
Finally
How to apply it
How one pose (the tailor pose) becomes 10 different exercises, and the order to add them.

We became flexible as adults
For many of us, this journey began as stiff adults with limited time to train — often while juggling other priorities like strength training or a busy schedule. Given that starting point, the margin for error was small, especially when working toward challenging positions like the Side Split, Front Split, or Head-to-Toe.
Looking back, it's clear that none of us succeeded by training harder than everyone else. The results came entirely from our training approach.

Same effort. Different approach:
all 4 mechanisms instead of 1.
