We achieved the Head-to-Toe as adults

Our flexibility journey began as stiff adults with limited time for training
(we were also obsessed with strength training back then). Given our starting point, the margin for error was small, especially when aiming for challenging positions like the side split and pancake.

Looking back, it’s clear we didn’t train harder than others; our success came entirely from our methodology (ROS™).

Why do most Pike & Head-to-Toe programs fail?

 The problem:  ordinary people attempting fundamentally flawed programs, then blaming themselves for failing.

What makes these programs flawed?

  • Ignore the mechanisms that dictate flexibility in human physiology
  • Use only a very small part of the proven available methodology
  • Ignore the science on optimal training variables (reps, sets, duration, intensity) and just do what 'worked for them.'
  • Vague and uninspiring structure with no measuring tools, tracking systems, professional guidance, support, or accountability

The only people who can benefit from such programs are the naturally flexible. Those are what we call in science 'fast responders,' and they can get results from pretty much anything (even a weekly yoga class). 

For the vast majority who aren't naturally flexible, it's impossible to make meaningful progress with such programs, as they strip away the most critical factors that unlock your true potential.
